CITIZENERGY project was officially started

On 17 March 2014, the CITIZENERGY project was officially started at a meeting in Barcelona. Fourteen partner organisations will join forces to create this new online tool to bring together RES promoters and citizens interested in funding RES projects. The CITIZENERGY project will help filling a gap between general awareness about renewables and practical citizen engagement, while promoting transnational information and transparency. CITIZENERGY will set up a European network of stakeholders, as it gathers many relevant target groups in the sector.
